Tour Hosts

1. Highland Library

Stop in this local library to enjoy exhibits by the Granger Art Guild, as well as kid's activities and book sale sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Re-enactors from the Granger Historical Society will be providing tours in the adjacent East Granger Cemetery every 15 minutes between 1 to 3 p.m.

2. Beriswill Farms

Visit to learn about the cattle and crops raised on the farm. Shop in the farm market and, for a small fee, enjoy all of the fun activities that are a part of our corn maze discovery area.

3. Hill Haven Farm & Greenhouse

Proudly celebrating 50 years! Drop by to learn about water gardening, browse the seven greenhouses bedecked with displays of herbs and pollinator plants, and see farm animals and antique tractors. SWCD will provide a display on native plants.

4. Jilbert Winery & Brewery

Visit this family-owned and operated boutique winery that specializes in the production of honey and grape-based wine. Learn about the wine making and bottling process and sample some of the wine and beer products.

5. Brunswick Area Historical Society

Tour the farmhouse museum and outbuildings to delight in a variety of free activities including hayrides, historic demonstrations and exhibits, and entertainment. Food and other items will be available for purchase, and there will be a Farmer's Market on Sunday only.

6. Spring Mist Farms

Visit this third generation working family farm and enjoy free horse-drawn wagon rides and pet the large variety of animals that live on the farm. Small fees will be charged for animal feed and pony rides for children.

7. West Branch Malts & Distillery

Take a tour of this unique local craft malt house and distiller to learn how it makes its single-malt spirits from Ohio-grown barley. Tastings will be offered for a small fee. Merchandise and bottles will be available for purchase.

8. The Greensmith Garden Center

Stop by to see demonstrations on plant care, pruning, and fall landscaping. Spark your creativity with ideas for fall decorating, and shop the retail store for fall d?cor and gift items.

A. Granger Historical Society - The museum and library houses an extensive doll collection, period furnishings, Native American artifacts, and interesting Granger history and memorabilia. Parking at Granger Methodist Church.

B. Plum Creek Park South ? NO ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES Plum Creek Park is one of the best examples of recycling found in the county. Formerly the Brunswick Township landfill, the site was transformed into a scenic park by the park district. Walk the ? mile paved trail to enjoy a selfguided activity.

C. Liverpool Historical Society - Tour the caboose, steam locomotive, and 1895 train depot. Learn about the 1811 salt works and cigar making families from the turn of the last century.

D. Sign Our Streams - DRIVE BY ONLY - Adopt a stream or river crossing to encourage stewardship of our waterways. Call Medina County Soil and Water Conservation District.

E. Hillside Orchard - Four generations of family tradition continue at this farm started in 1948. Farm fresh produce and baked goods will be available for purchase.

F. Hinckley Historical Society - Tour the house museum filled with displays of Hinckley and Medina County artifacts. Historical Society items will be available for purchase.

G. Allardale - NO ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES - One of the most scenic parks in Medina County is named after Stan and Esther Allard, who donated their family farm to the park district in 1992. Walk the ? mile paved trail to enjoy selfguided activities.
