You will work with a group to research, write, and publish two articles for the magazine. Your group will also search for a 1920s product advertisement and possibly a 1920s event advertisement. Timeline and Due Dates:Monday, 2/25 – Tuesday, 2/26Independent Work Days – All group members will research information for both articles. Handwritten notes must be reviewed (dated and initialed) by editor by the end of class Tuesday, 2/26Wednesday, 2/27 Collaboration Day – Use notes to write first draft of articles in a Google Doc that is shared with all group members and an editor. You may need to work on these at home.Groups may divide into pairs to write articles, but ALL group members must approve BOTH drafts before they are submitted.Thursday, 2/28First drafts of BOTH articles are due after first 30 minutes of class.Use the first half of class to review BOTH articles, and be sure that ALL group members have approved BOTH articles and initialed BOTH rubrics.When BOTH drafts are submitted, use the remaining time in class to research 1920s consumer products, and find an advertisement to include in the magazine.Once your advertisement is approved by your editor, print a final copy and submit it to your editor.
