You can save for your retirement through a Supplemental Retirement Account (403b). The IRS allows you to send pre-tax contributions directly from your pay-check to a tax-deferred Supplemental Retirement Account. You decide how much to put into the account (up to the maximum amount allowed by the IRS) and when to start the account.

Step 1: To get started, all you need to do is open a Supplemental Retirement Account (403b) with one of the investment companies listed below:

403(b) vendors may charge record keeping and transaction fees that are deducted from participant account balances. For questions regarding record keeping fees, please contact the specific vendor directly.

Step 2: After the account is established, log-in to Workday and click on your name in the right hand corner, and click View Profile. Next, click on the related actions tab next to your name in the left hand corner, select Benefits, click Change Retirement Savings to enter your payroll deduction.
