The full fine schedule is located on the City’s website.HOW CAN I CONTACT THE COURT?The Casper Municipal Court is located at 201 North David in the Hall of Justice on the fifth floor. Phone: 307-235-8267 I RECEIVED A TICKET FOR “NO INSURANCE,” BUT I HAD INSURANCE- WHAT CAN I DO?Bring a copy of your ticket with proof of insurance to the Community Service Office of the Casper Police Department in the Hall of Justice. 201 North David, Casper Wyoming. Bring the stamped citation to the Court office on the 5th floor.HOW CAN I PAY MY TICKET?Currently the Court can accept payments in person, over the phone, by mail, online @ or call 877-794-1215.WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DO NOT APPEAR ON MY COURT DATE AND DO NOT PAY MY FINE?Failure to resolve your charges through payment or court appearance will result in a Failure to Appear Warrant for your arrest. This will also add an additional $250 to your existing charge.HOW DO I HANDLE TICKETS GIVEN BY THE SHERIFF OR HIGHWAY PATROL? Both Sheriff and Highway Patrol tickets are processed through Circuit Court. Please call 235-9266, for information on those tickets. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A WARRANT? You must come to the Municipal Court Office at 8:00 am (no later than 8:1500) Monday through Friday. Tell the Customer Service Representative that you have a warrant. Your warrant will be served to you at the counter - you will be asked to wait in the lobby and your case will be added to the docket to see the judge at the 9:00 a.m. court session. Warrants cannot be paid with personal checks.CAN I RESCHEDULE MY COURT DATE? The court does allow you to reschedule your initial court appearance one time, within a two week period of your assigned court date. You must come to the Municipal Court and sign a change of setting. Please note that rescheduling a traffic court date will result in two court appearances. Traffic court is designed to allow for arraignment and trial all in one session. A rescheduled traffic court date will mean that you will need to come for a 9:00 am arraignment and then come back for your new trial time.HOW DO I GET AN ACCIDENT REPORT?
