You are welcome to come early and visit the area and the facility.What level of activity is expected?The resort is located in the Beartooth mountains; therefore, there is little level ground. A moderate level of fitness is required to climb stairs to different activity rooms, to hike in the mountains, and to enjoy other activities. Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please let us know what your needs are ahead of time so we can plan for them. The group room has a kitchen that can be used to prepare and store food.What is the elevation of the resort?The elevation is close to 6,000 feet, which may affect some people who are used to lower elevations. It is important to drink a lot of water to help your body adjust. Also avoid strenuous exercise the first day and limit alcohol intake.Are the retreats only for women?The first three retreats are only for women. After that, we plan to open some retreats to men.Can I bring another person who is not in the retreat to stay with me?Yes, but they cannot join in any of the retreat activities including meals. They are responsible for finding other ways to enjoy themselves which is not hard to do. The retreat has been designed for participants to fully immerse themselves in the activities and the community of the retreat to enhance their journey.If I come before or stay after the retreat, what is there to do?Explore the charming mountain town of Red Lodge just 5 miles north of the resort. In June and September, don’t miss the scenic Beartooth Highway. It is a beautiful 62-mile drive to the North East entrance to Yellowstone Park. In January, stay nearby and ski at the Red Lodge Mountain or at the Nordic Center. The Red Lodge Chamber of Commerce has information about the many opportunities to play and explore.
