FLDOE SSO

Greetings,Within the next few days you will be receiving account information for the Florida Department of Education’s Single Sign-On (FLDOE SSO) Portal. As part of Florida’s Race to the Top grant award, we have worked to establish a single sign-on access to state resources such as CPALMS and Florida School Leaders. This means you will have the ability to access several programs without having to log-in multiple times and remember multiple credentials. Here are the steps that you can use to access your FLDOE SSO account: Look for two emails from sender “svc-FIM-service@.” One email will have your username; the other email will have your temporary password. Please follow the steps listed in the password email to register the temporary password and then reset it.Go to sso. This takes you to the public page for SSO.? You can tell that the public page is “public” because it will not have your name anywhere on the site.? The links on this page show you the plans the Department has for applications that will eventually be added as part of SSO.?Click on the yellow link that says “Log in” in the upper right hand corner of the page.? This will take you to the secure SSO site. You will get a drop-down menu to identify your realm.? Choose “FLDOESSO.” After you have made this selection once, the system will remember you and you will not have to enter this information again for subsequent visits to the site.Enter your FLDOE SSO login credentials. This will take you to the page that is the secure SSO page.? You can be sure that this is the secure page if you see your name on the page, for example, “Welcome Jane Doe”.? From this secure page, you will only have access to the applications that you have permission to enter.? We would appreciate learning about any feedback or problems that you encounter as you accomplish this.Regards, ................
