Online Member Self-Service Portal
Follow the instructions below to log in to our secure online member portal.
The online portal provides easy access to your plan information, go to , select ¡°Log In¡± near the
top of the page, then click ¡°Member.¡± Once you are logged in, click the tabs across the top of the screen to
navigate through the various options:

coinsurance, deductibles and out-of-pocket
