In terms of deaths among children aged 0 to 14, the flu is a greater risk than COVID-19 by a factor of 2 to 1. Children below age 10 are at low risk for contracting COVID-19. Children below age 18 are likely to have mild cases of COVID-19. Children below age 16 appear to be less likely to transmit SARS-Cov-2 than older children and adults. ................
