How to connect to your Ford benefits

The first time you go to :

1 Click New User? below the Log On button.

2 On the next screen, enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your birth date. Click Continue.

3 On the Enter Your Password screen, enter your temporary password* then click the Log On button. Please note that your temporary password is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears.

4 Create your Ford Benefits User ID, Ford Benefits Password and National Employee Services Center (NESC) PIN by following the online instructions.

5 Select and answer security questions for fast resets in case you forget your user ID or password in the future.

6 Once you are logged in, select Personal Info on the top right of the screen to update your mobile and home phone numbers, personal email address and communication preferences. After completing these steps, you'll use your Ford Benefits User ID and Ford Benefits Password to sign in to from outside the Ford network. Any time you're inside the network, you'll automatically be signed in.
