A former combat biker, Reno is also a long-time fixer in the Seattle shadows, and has managed to remain so through a sharp ability to judge who has what it takes to do the job, and a willingness to walk away from runs—and runners—that don’t feel right to him. He’ll deal fairly with you, but he expects good work for his money, and the same loyalty in return. Reno runs Reno’s, a bar and grill serving a mix of Sioux, Pueblo, and Aztec-Mex cuisine at a reasonable price. Some of it’s even real.

Allison Halloway

The owner of the punnily named lore store All Hallow’s Eave, Allison has lived in Seattle since she was born about five years after the first case of UGE. A Goddess Wiccan, Allison is a longtime member of The Sisterhood, though she keeps this fact under the radar with all but a select few of her customers. She actually has a significantly higher connection that 2, but isn’t a huge fan of Brea (who she calls “that Dryad” when Brea isn’t around), and so doesn’t go to a lot of effort to help her out. If Brea can manage to improve their relationship (by initiating, pulling off a magic related shadowrun, making her an appropriate gift of rare telesma) she can be very useful and even provide some jobs on behalf of the Sisterhood. A fourth level initiate, she regularly makes her magic appear much lower than it actually is, and is particularly skilled at it.

Patrick Flannigan is a hotshot hacker and Matrix Security Specialist working freelance for Emerald City Graphics as a cracker. His parents work for a Saeder-Krupp subsidiary, and while he was a teenager worked in Germany, where he met and became pals with Panzer. He helped Panzer get out of Germany and into Seattle, setting him up with a fake SIN and sundry help on the cheap, so Panzer owes him a favor. He makes most of his money from ECG, but uses info brokering to pad his income and occasionally, if it involves something he’s personally interested in, he can be convinced to go on a run. He has a variety of esoteric interests. He really fucking wishes he were a technomancer. Needs full stats, has some cyberware.

Barney “Big Boy” Troxell

Big Boy, a troll who lives up to his name, is the owner of the Pour House, and the place simply oozes his crude sensibilities and sense of humor. Those sensibilities can be inferred from the regular events at the bar of Friday Night Freestyle Fights, Tuesday Sloppy Soy Wrestling, and Hump Day Wet T-Shirt Contests. Despite this and its predominantly ganger clientele, it’s not uncommon to see Shadowrunners here, and Big Boy is surprisingly in the know, considering the dumb act he puts on. Enjoys a good bar fight, and while he doesn’t encourage his patrons to get into fights (except on Friday, obviously), whenever one breaks out he happily wades in and starts knocking heads together. Surprisingly, no one has ever gotten killed in a Pour House brawl, though there has been more than one death among the clientele nearby.

Don Joseph Gianelli

Mafia Don

Don Joseph is a young man, barely in his 30s, and he has been busy both cleaning up the Gianelli family after they absorbed the remains of the Bigio family, and rebuilding the family’s operations in the southern parts of the city, where in recent years they lost a great deal of ground to the Yakuza. Don Gianelli is supported by his grandfather, the still remarkably spry Tony “the Chef” Gianelli, who is his war consigliere, and still a capable legbreaker. Don Joseph doesn’t buy into a lot of the traditional mafia bullshit, and has brought more metahumans, magicians, adepts, and hackers into the organization, along with business savvy types. He is a strong supporter of Dona O’Malley, and like her, has connections to other progressive Mafia families in other parts of the continent, including Miriam Kowzloski of New Orleans and Conor O’Rilley of Boston.

Don Joseph is a smooth operator, stylish and confident, and one smart cookie. He is a big believer in the power of attitude, and backs this up by being a big believer in the power of putting a bullet through the back of the head of people who get in his way. He’s not a slouch in a fight, but is more adept at leading his people and, with the help of his grandfather, has been working on a grand strategy to beat the Yakuza out of his areas of influence, particularly Tacoma. He spends much of his time at his grandfather’s restaurant, despite its unsubtle name.

‘Nette Harris is a former A&R exec with Mega-Media, and now runs Underworld 93. She took over when the previous owner tried to switch from a protection deal with the Yakuza over to the Mafia, which the Yakuza didn’t take kindly to. She seems to have the knowledge and the instincts to run the most famous music venue in Seattle, but the word in the shadows is that her silent partner is a dragon with a taste for rock music, which, along with her efforts to patch things up with the Yakuza, has kept U93 in good shape.

‘Nette is a short, sultry, curvy human with creamy skin and long, curly black hair. She has a presence to her, a way with men, and a propensity for slumming liaisons. She’s also whip smart and has sharp instincts, and doesn’t suffer fools.

Cara Villiers is the daughter of NeoNET CEO Richard Villiers and NeoNET Seattle VP Samantha Villiers. She also once ran the shadows under the name Rouge. Today, she heads NeoNET Seattle and NeoNET TransAsia’s expendable assets department; i.e., she’s NeoNET’s main Seattle Johnson. She is full of NeoNET’s most bleeding edge cyber and bioware—it’s so bleeding edge, the blood it’s bleeding is in turn bleeding finer edges—and so in a pinch can double as a company woman, though she prefers not to get her hands dirty these days. Though 39 years old, she recently finished her first leonization treatment, and looks barely old enough to drink. She is interested in Breagh, as an Awakened dryad is not something you see often in the shadows, and hopes to groom her as a possible NeoNET company woman if Breagh proves capable.

Cara is a pretty Anglo woman with a creamy complexion, though her features are perhaps too angular to be truly considered beautiful. She changes her hair color, length, and style at a whim, using NeoNET nanotech. After all she’s been through, she cares little for the opinions of anyone but her parents, though she’d never admit she cares a whit what her father thinks of her.
