While we take a pause from?our in person classes, I will continue to offer classes online via Zoom beginning Monday, April 13. Let's come together virtually to keep moving to support our physical and mental health...being strong together and staying connected.?Schedule:Monday: Yoga at NoonTuesday: Circuit Training at NoonThursday: Circuit Training at NoonPlease note: All times are MSTWhat you will need:Zoom Account:A Zoom account to view classes. A basic Zoom account is available as a free download.?ZOOMYoga:Clear a space, grab your mat and props (blocks, strap).? Feel free to be creative with books, belts and your favorite blanket.Circuit Training:?Weights: 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 pounds. If you do not have all these sizes that is okay...whatever you have will work. Don't have weights? Use cans, laundry detergent bottles, water bottles, gallon jugs filled with water.? Most anything will work. Note: 1 gallon of water weighs 8.34 pounds(2) - Paper plates, wash clothes or hand towelsBand (stretchy) ?- Not for this week but we will?use in future weeks.How to?join a class:You will receive an email invitation for each of the classes scheduled for this week.? Each invitation will contain the Zoom link to use to access that particular class. Please accept the invitation if you plan to join us. If you do not see the invitation in your inbox check your spam file. Please join 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class to ensure you are connected. After connecting, you will be placed in a waiting room before joining live. For security reasons, at noon access to the class will be locked.Additional notes:If you have not used Zoom before you will need to download the app and create an account. The basic Zoom app is available at no charge.For best viewing use a laptop or tablet.If you have wireless headphones please feel free to use them as it makes the audio a little better.You may choose to either have your video on (everyone will be able to see you) or you can turn your video off at anytime during the class. If you turn off your video, you will still be able to see me but I (and others in the class) will not be able to see you. If your internet connection is unstable turning off your video will help.When class begins I will mute all participants to avoid background noise.At the end of class I will unmute all participants and ask for everyone to?turn on their video feed to have time to see and visit with each other.Use the chat box to type a hello message or with any questions, concerns or suggestions.? With the use of the chat box, you can elect to send the message to everyone in the class or privately to me.Teaching online is a new experience for me, so I appreciate your support and patience.
