AUTHOR OFFPRINT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

The Berkeley Business Law Journal supplies the first-named authors of its articles with 25 gratis offprints and two copies of the journal. (For articles written by more than one author, offprints and copies are shipped to first-named author for distribution to additional authors.) You may also purchase additional offprints at cost. Please use the formula below to calculate costs:

Orders must be prepaid. Fill out the order form on the next page and return it with payment to the Journal Publications Coordinator as soon as possible. We cannot accept orders after the issue is published. Offprints are shipped approximately three weeks after the journal is printed.

International authors: Offprints will be sent to addresses outside the US by Air Printed Matter; we cannot guarantee delivery. If you wish to have your offprints sent to you by international courier, the additional charge is $30.00.
