A rough outline of the work to be undertaken should be included in the email. Timescales and fees will be agreed and a written contract of the agreed services and rates will be produced. Once the contract has been signed by both parties’ work will commence. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm excluding public holidays.RatesOngoing ContractsRegular weekly or daily tasks are usually charged for by the hour based on the type of work undertaken and work completed. A contract is drawn up to agree services and minimum contract. Work will be invoiced on the first of the month for all work carried out in the preceding month. Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice paid direct into bank account or via PayPal.Hourly Rates:Administration Work (minute taking, report research, database updates etc.): From ?20.00 per hourTender writing: from ?25.00 per hourHR Support and documentation production: from ?30.00 per hourAll rates are charged in 15 minute increments minimum booking 1 hour Project/ bespoke and one off workQuoted for individually based on client requirements an estimate of costs and time can be produced. Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice paid direct into bank account or via PayPal.Additional ChargesExcessive stationery or costs such as postage, printing or telephone charges will be added to invoices as agreed.Terms and conditionsGeneralResponsibility of final proof reading of documents lies with the client and any errors notified within 48 hours of receipt will be corrected free of charge. After 48 hours it shall be deemed that the work has been accepted as free of errors and omissions and Allicorn Admin will accept no liability or loss arising from the performance of any services carried out under the agreement. Errors or omissions reported after 48 hours will still be corrected but the additional time spent will be charged to client.A signed contract is required before commencement of work. This indicates clients’ acceptance of our terms and conditions.Allicorn Admin will not be held liable or responsible for the end use of any document or work carried out by us. We retain the right to reject work which involves material we feel is illegal, immoral or objectionable. Contracts can be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party. We reserve the right to charge for any work carried out prior to cancellationWork will be presented using Microsoft Office applications.Although every effort will be made to ensure reliable service, in event of equipment failure, Allicorn Admin cannot be held liable for any loss of information. An offsite back up using Norton is carried out on a daily basis but Allicorn Admin does not accept responsibility if this back up has failed. Confidentiality & Data ProtectionConfidentiality is guaranteed at?all?times. Allicorn Admin is registered with the ICO. No information will be made available to any third party.All work will be kept on file for a period of 12 months. After this time, work will be deleted unless specifically instructed.Charges & PaymentsPayment can be made by BACS transfer or PayPal.If clients’ original requirements change, we reserve the right to change our original quotation following suitable consultation with client.Payment is strictly 14 days from receipt of invoice.Any and all costs incurred for chasing and/or recovering the outstanding payment will be added to account.Please note we may not have access to some specialised programs such as events 500 but we have the knowledge to use them. We do not offer call answering services. We can work on an hourly basis, retainer (paid for a set month of hours per week or month) or by project. ................
