FAMILY CONTRACT OF ADULT CHILD LIVING WITH PARENTS
This agreement is made between _____________________________________________________ (Parent) and _____________________________________________________ (Child) to cover the understandings between the parties during the time that the Child will be living with the Parent.
While the Child is legally an adult and able to conduct his or her life in any way desired while living independently, it is understood that the right of an adult to continue to live under the roof of the Parent includes the duty to follow any conditions required by the Parent.
The Child is free at any time to move out and to live under any rules, or lack thereof, that he or she desires.
As long as the Child is living with the parents, he or she agrees to the following conditions:
1. This agreement is initially intended to last until _________________________________. This agreement may be extended or either party may end this agreement at any time.
