Mom will be pulling her out in June.Treatment Steps:Identify baseline for Beatie using Cake Colors file folder game from . Have Beatie name the colors as she matches the cake pieces. Beatie can currently correctly identify the colors correctly 60% of the time.Engage Beatie in a dialogue about the colors of the materials she’s using in the classroom. When Beatie says the wrong color, repeat her sentence back to her with emphasis on the correct color. Ex: Beatie – “I’m eating a pink apple.” Teacher – “Oh, you’re eating a RED apple?”During free choice, encourage Beatie to use the computer to play color games. She can play Bloople’s Colors on to identify the six colors of red, yellow, orange, blue, green, and purple. Beatie could also play Pop A Balloon on which presents a larger amount of colors.Read How Do Dinosaurs Learn Their Colors and have Beatie complete a laminated worksheet requiring her to color in the words the correct color as shown in the book. Talk with her about the colors she’s using and things in her school/home that are also those colors.To extend her learning Beatie can watch/listen to Sesame Street: OK Go – Three Primary Colors on YouTube. The song talks about the primary colors and mixing them to make other colors. She can then do a painting project where she mixes colors.Assessment: At the end of every week have Beatie complete Cake Colors file folder game. Record her proficiency percentage.
