Terms & Conditions

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

All deliveries within our delivery area will be made FREE of charge unless the nature of the delivery is unusual due to special handling, and for timing requirements. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we require the customer's presence and assistance with receiving our delivery. All products must be inspected upon receipt and issues relating to shortages, condition, and damage must be indicated on the shipping documents at the time of delivery.

DISCOUNT QUALIFIERS

Pallet...............................................Any combination of full pallets. 10 Case...........................................Any combination of accessories, caps and gate hardware which totals 10 cases.

Full Trailer Loads.............................Eligible for maximum discount on any combination of full pallets, bundles and cases only. Call for quote.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any orders for items that are not stocking items are considered special orders. Special orders may require a sign off by the customer and/or a deposit of 50% of the special ordered items. Once a special order item is placed, the item cannot be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

There is no return policy for IllusionsTM Vinyl Fence. Returns will only be made if there is an issue related to the material concerning its condition and that condition must be indicated on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Any customer returning material must first contact the sales office for a return authorization within five days of the delivery. Any returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be properly packaged and in the same condition as originally received. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving the final credit memo.

ACCOUNT SETUP

We only sell to the fence trade, therefore we require all customers to properly complete an account application prior to being set up and prior to receiving any pricing, catalogs or literature to ensure that we do not give pricing or information to an end user. You may request a credit line from us within the account application. You may also assign your password and give us your email address so you may access your account on our website.

Please Have Your Material List Ready To Go When You Call

Being that Illusions Vinyl Fence products are sold wholesale to the trade, it is highly suggested that you have a material list for your order prior to calling. Please feel free to use this checklist and the "ILLUSIONS ORDERING SHEET" as a guide prior to your call.

Sections

The code, height, and color are all very important when ordering.

Curved & Transition Sections

Sloped, sweeped, scalloped, crowned, radius, tapered.

Gates

Walk gates, drive gates, matching gates, accent gates. Remember for each Illusions Vinyl Fence gate opening you should order 5" x 5" Heavy Duty (HD) or Majestic 8" x 8" Posts.

Arbors & Pergolas

Don't forget to spruce up the entranceways with arbors and pergolas!

Posts

When ordering your posts and you see "L/E/B/C" in the product code, this simply means you need to choose the appropriate (L)ine, (E)nd, (B)lank, or (Corner) post type to complete the code. For instance, if you see the code V559L/E/B/C-300-6 and you need a line post, just put "V559L-300-6." If you need an end post, just put V559E-300-6, etc.

- Line posts (Routed on opposite sides of the post to connect section to section in a straight line) - End posts (Routed on one end of the post to start or end a run of fence) - Corner posts (Routed on 90 degrees to create a turn on the fence line) *the same posts can make a left or right turn. - Blank posts (Non routed posts) - Heavy End posts (Routed on one end of the post to start or end a run of fence, but heavier walled to hang a gate on) - Heavy Blank posts (Non-routed Heavy Walled post)

Post caps, picket caps, solar caps and more.

Hardware

- Hinges - (One pair per gate) - IESH hinges are recommended for all drive gates. - Spring loaded are also available

- Latches (Magnetic latches, hatchet latches, gravity latches, keyed gravity latches are all available) - Drop Rods (Drive gates need two drop rods) - Gate Stops (Recommded for every walk and drive gate to prevent over swing) - Handles - Spring Closers (if hinges are not spring loaded)
