How-to use the Public FTP Sites

PTC has instituted a restricted anonymous policy that is in line with industry standards to ensure security of data shared online. Customers will not be able to see any files in the FTP folders, including the file they have uploaded. These files are only visible to PTC employees. This is a security measure to prevent customers from downloading files uploaded by other customers. Please read the instructions on how to share files via ftp.

Note: Files in the FTP folders will be deleted three days after they have been uploaded. Please make sure to save a copy to your local drive as soon as the file is made available.
