Easily earn up to $2,000 or more weekly in beautiful Tampa Bay, FL, or Hernando/Lake/Polk/Pinellas/Lee/Pasco Counties and the Nature Coast, working 8:45am- 3:15pm M-F in a school setting, and by billing your non-contact time (25% of hours billed are paperwork hours) on the weekend.

Available work in-home, in the community, and in group-home settings everyday, from 7:30am- 8pm. After-school hours available with clients from the schools, if desired. Part-time hours available in the schools if you want to work only on certain days. Earning potential of $2,500 to $4,000 a week based on centrality of clients' location and client contact hours available.

Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis, LLC is hiring Behavior Analysts (BCBA, BCaBA, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D) to work in one of four (4) private schools for children with special needs in the Greater Tampa Bay Area (Zephyrhills, Hudson, Spring Hill, Brooksville), three of which utilize Full Spectrum as their exclusive provider of ABA services. Or to serve as official school liaison BCBA for various public school districts that contract ABA services through Full Spectrum. Billable hours in the schools available from8:45am-3:15pm M-F with clients, and the opportunity exists to work in-home after school hours.

Serve as part of a behavioral team, making an incredible guaranteed hourly wage without driving to multiple locations to see your clients. Practice ABA as it is meant to be practiced, in a fun and relaxing environment with support, supervision, and co-workers on-site. Train teachers and instructional aides, complete assessments, develop behavior plans, and have freedom to create and implement ABA interventions both individual (DTT, precision teaching, etc) and classroom wide (token economy, good behavior game, etc), with school administrators and teachers who are fully supportive of our work.

Pay Schedule - Note: Hours are available FT or PT - Must be BCBA, BCaBA, or eligible to sit for Board Certification Exam for BCBA or BCaBA

BCBA (Level 1) - $58/hr-$79/hr (Depending on experience and funding source, all hours in one location if desired)

BCBA (Level 2) - $48/hr-$75/hr (Depending on experience and funding source, all hours in one location if desired)

BCaBA (Level 3) - $28/hr-$40/hr (Depending on funding source, all hours in one location if desired)

Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis, LLC will provide business coaching to those interested in beginning their own agency or LLC, following 9 months of service.
