Being a small local company affords us a major advantage: it allows us to be in very close communication with our customers.

We love our customers and love hearing from each and every one of you. We are truly committed to customer service and take your feedback seriously. It helps us see what we're doing well and which of our employees should be rewarded. It also helps us know where we need to improve.

This plays out in several key ways: local calls for new service or technical support, an efficient chain of communication to reward good service or correct service issues, and the privilege of working side-by-side with customers at community events.

Being small also allows us to be in touch with the local market and quickly roll out new products and services in response to our customers' growing needs. We are excited to report that our Docsis 3.1 upgrade is halfway done, bringing 1 Gig Internet service to coaxial cable customers in enTouch communities. The entire Docsis 3.1 project will be complete in June.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Michael DeLeon

Michael has been with enTouch for less than a year, and is already making a big splash with employees and customers alike. He joined our team as an Install/Repair Technician just 9 months ago.

Michael believes that enTouch promotes a great atmosphere and working environment. As a smaller company, he finds it easier to get to know people and likes the flexibility it allows in his job duties. He is also impressed with the leadership team and their commitment to customer satisfaction and employee morale. The best thing that's happened since he joined the team is the DOCSIS 3.1 upgrade, which brings 1 Gig internet speeds to enTouch communities. "Now," he says, "Coax customers can have their `need for speed' satisfied!"

Since he moved to the Channelview area in 2002, Michael has remained active in the local community. He's been a softball coach, served on the Board of Directors for Channelview Little League, is involved with the PTA and has volunteered with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life continuously since 2008.

His wife is an Instructional Coach and Bilingual Specialist who's been with the Galena Park ISD for 15 years. Together, they have three beautiful daughters, Noelia (14), Arianna (11) and Olivia (4), each of whom he admits have him wrapped around her little finger. They enjoy traveling, watching movies and spending time together as a family.

Michael considers himself the `Michael Jordan of Cable Technicians.' enTouch customers agree! One puts it this way: "After checking outside, the technician knew exactly what was wrong when he came in to the house. Fixed the problem and was finished in 10 minutes. Bravo to Michael!
