Puttanesca Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

½ to 1 cup Red Ridge olive oil

4 medium to large cloves garlic, put through a garlic press

½ cup roasted bell peppers, chopped

¾ cup Kalamata olives, chopped

¼ cup capers (or to taste)

Sprinkle of chili flakes

chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

Whisk all ingredients together and serve with good crusty bread for dipping
