Requirements

Certification: Supplier shall include a legible Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with each shipment certifying that all items/materials supplied meet all GD-OTS Purchase Order requirements, including referenced drawings, specifications and standards.

At a minimum, the CoC shall reference the GD-OTS Purchase Order Number and the GD-OTS Part Number and Revision or the specified Applicable Documents and revisions as listed on the purchase order.

SEP product that has been qualified, all data for each shipment, shall be maintained on file at the Supplier.
