CONTENTS

Don't extend the nose gear above 120 knots (138 mph). At higher speeds, the air loads make it hard to extend. The gear can be down or can be retracted at speeds up to 140 knots (163 mph). CAUTION. If the c.g. is aft, it is possible to rotate the nose to an excessively high angle during landing rollout, placing the c.g. aft of the main wheels. ................
