Global Entry New England Locations and Hours of Operation

Please note that this information, which was provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Boston Field Office, was accurate as of November 3, 2020, and is subject to change.

U.S. CBP and the Boston Field Office are ensuring Global Entry programs can resume where safely possible, with appropriate COVID-19 safety measures and in accordance with local and state guidelines. A breakdown of the New England Global Enrollment Centers is below:

i. Providence: Remains closed. Space is shared with CBP Officer workstations and cannot be safely opened at this time.

ii. Bradley International Airport, Hartford, CT: 1. Hours of operation are Monday ? Friday 0800 ? 1600 2. 4 appointments allowed per hour, for a total of 32 appointments per day 3. Appointments limited to residents from the state of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts (AOR covers Springfield, MA) 4. No walk-in-appointments at this time

iii. Logan International Airport, Boston, MA: 1. Hours of operation are Monday ? Friday 0700 ? 1500 2. 6 appointments allowed per hour 3. No walk-in-appointments at this time 4. No restrictions on state of residence at this time

iv. Derby Line, VT 1. Hours of operation are Tuesday and Thursday 0800 ? 2000 2. 8 appointments per hour 3. Other restrictions fluctuate based on the VT "green zone." This is based on a calculation of 400 cases of COVID-19 per 100,000 residents of any given county.
