They have been running quizzes among their friends for a ?couple of weeks, using Zoom (a free app which is easily downloaded) and they are planning to invite us all to participate in a Virtual Village Quiz next Sunday evening at 8.00pm-9.30pm. There will be fun rounds on General Knowledge, Geography, History, Food and Drink, a Picture Round, and a Music round- plus a chance to chat to each other. Apparently, Zoom lends itself to either individual/couple or team participation – so lets see how many people are interested and then we can decide what the best form to run it in will be, once we know the numbers. All you have to do, to participate, is to email Graham Edmondson (graham@) before Friday April 3rd, midnight. They will then email the simple joining instructions to you. Everybody is welcome, it won’t be too difficult (they promise!) and whether you used to come along to the Village Hall for our quiz night or not, this is a chance for us to connect. All you will need to do is download Zoom (from the App store) and join in, either via? PC, laptop, iPad, tablet or smart phone. Nothing too technical, just a good fun night and a? chance to interact a little bit with each other. Respond to Graham directly please and he will organize the rest.
