The current area of the building is approximately 4,417ft2 or 410m2.The original building has a concrete grade beam foundation on either concrete piles or concrete columns on footings. The floor is concrete slab on grade complete with a trench drain to a catch basin/ sump pit.The building shell is a pre‐engineered steel structure with a metal roof complete with blanket insulation and insulated metal panels for the walls. Windows are PVC. Exterior doors are hollow metal insulated in pressed steel frames. There is an overhead beam crane that shows up on the original drawings and was used to lift engines out of vehicles, but now is only used to lift tires. A fall restraint beam system was engineered and installed in 2015 for worker’s safety when working on top of a bus. The 3 bays are served by 2‐12’ wide and one 16’ wide overhead doors.There are no available drawings for the addition so construction of the foundation is unknown. It has a concrete floor and wood frame construction for walls and roof. Exterior finishes are metal roofing and painted plywood walls. Interior finishes are painted plywood ceiling and walls. It is assumed that the walls are insulated.
