My American Farm is an educational game platform launched in 2011 to engage pre-K through fifth grade learners in the discovery of relevant agricultural issues. Today the free site offers 19 agriculturally-themed games and more than 100 free educator resources such as lesson plans, activity sheets and comics. My American Farm is a wonderful tool for classrooms, families, and agricultural organizations. All resources on the site are aligned to national learning standards, making this a valuable learning tool at school to reinforce key concepts. The site is full of activities that can also be done at home, bringing the family together for purposeful exploration and learning. Agricultural organizations will also enjoy the turn-key resources designed for volunteers to share about the industry in schools or at events.
