The Scholarship provides a disbursement on academic tuition fees only. The enrolment fee, uniforms, books, stationery, electronic devices, study requirements, extras, levies, and boarding house fees are excluded from

the disbursement.

The student is expected to maintain a high academic standard. The student is expected to participate in the academic and co-curricular activities and programmes that are offered by the school.

Annual Renewal The intention of the school is to provide a scholarship for the full five years of High School. Scholarships are reviewed annually, and there is no automatic renewal of a scholarship. Should a student not continue to meet the requirements for scholarship, the scholarship may be reassigned.

Conduct and Attitude Exemplary conduct and an attitude of striving for excellence are minimum expectations for scholarship recipients. Should a scholarship student cease to be a role model or should she fall foul of the Code of Conduct, the scholarship will be withdrawn with immediate effect, at the sole discretion of the school.

Cancellation of Scholarship Should the scholarship recipient leave the school before the five years of High School have been completed, for any reason not mutually agreed upon, the parent/ guardian will be liable to repay the school the value of the scholarship for the time that the student was at the school.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications close on 22 February 2021. NO late or incomplete applications will be accepted. Applications must include the Scholarship Application Form, full Grade 6 year-end school report, reference letter/s and relevant supporting documents. An on-line Application for Admission must precede the Scholarship Application if the applicant is not a current student at St Cyprian's School. Email all documents in PDF format to the Admissions Manager at admissions@stcyprians.co.za.
