In lieu of testing and at the request of the client, documentation has been provided which indicates compliance with the heavy metals content In packaging requirements of Model Taxies legislation of the Coalition of Northeastern Governors (CONEG).

In lieu of testing and at the request of the client, documentation has been provided which indicates compliance with the lead content requirements of crayons and art supplies of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), uGuidance for the determination of extractable lead from crayons and art supplies - June 23, 1994."

The total lead content of 300ppm requirements in substrate materials (Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008).

The samples were labeled to be in conformity to ASTM 0-4236. In lieu of testing and at the request of the client, documentation has been provided which indicates compliance with the labeling requirements of 16 CFR 1500.14(b)(8), "Art materials" (LHAMA and FHSA regulations).
