COLLEGE TRANSFER PROGRAM: Through this specific program, students can earn credits toward a four-year degree by transferring to a four-year college.

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST POLICY The policy of GCSS is that all OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS must be mailed directly from the high school to the college, university or scholarship for which you are applying. An unofficial, personal copy is available by request to current GCMC students.

Students can request and track all online applications and electronic high school transcript

CFNC COLLEGE APPLICATION WEEK in NOVEMBER During the week of NOVEMBER 13-17, all seniors are encouraged to use the online application to apply for admission to a North

Carolina college/university. (Prior to this event, students will need to have a CFNC account.) Many INDEPENDENT NC colleges/universities will temporarily waive their application fee for this week only! (THE UNC SCHOOL SYSTEM

DOES NOT WAIVE FEES DURING THIS WEEK.)

All 58 colleges associated with the NC Community College system do not apply an application fee.

SENDING SCORES: during the registration process, be sure to elect for your scores to be electronically sent to your colleges of interest. Every student will have the opportunity to send 4 colleges scores free of charge.
