The Governor of the State of Washington has implemented a State spending freeze.
Based on projected usage, it is estimated that purchases over the initial term of the Contract may approximate $1,750,000.00. This estimate was provided solely for the purpose of assisting Bidders in preparing their Response. Orders will be placed only on an as needed basis.
The State of Washington does not represent or guarantee any minimum purchase, and does not guarantee any purchases will be made from the time of award to when the spending freeze is lifted.
