4 Your Child Fatherhood Program: Government-funded program to assist noncustodial fathers. Those that complete the program can get past child support waived up to a certain amount. KY Moms MATR : KY Moms MATR (Maternal Assistance Towards Recovery): Provides healthy pregnancy education, recovery support, and connection to resources during pregnancy and up to 60 days after delivery to help mothers to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.
