It was really fun to do such a hands-on activity with the students and to watch them work together as teams and be successful and happy with how they created something pretty much on their own. It was also a great way to introduce good tasting healthy snacks and when the snack was done freezing the kids really enjoyed eating them! I think I would do this again. My coop was also happy with how well I was able to hand the classroom management with this activity. ................
