Mr. Gregory D. Rivero, PLS, WRS has over thirty-five (35) years of land surveying and related experience including eighteen (18) years of survey mapping, Right-of-Way retracement surveys, Right-of-Way acquisition, construction alignment, topographic and geodetic surveying and water rights surveying. He has served as survey manager for eight crews as well as five office technicians for the past twenty four (24) years. Prior to becoming survey manager, Mr. Rivero was the Chief of Parties for five survey crews at Vpoint. Mr. Rivero is currently the Principal in Charge of Solarus, LLC, performing the duties of survey manager for quality control for Right-of-Way mapping, research, engineering drawings, special projects, survey mapping and construction staking. ROADWAYS

Town of Fernley, Utilities Division- Fernley, NV (Project Surveyor: 2000-2001)

Mr. Rivero was the Project Surveyor for the Town of Fernley Utilities Division GIS project. His duties include the coordination of the aerial mapping control network, existing utility location from the digital ortho-photography, and creation of the horizontal and vertical control network for the GIS base mapping for approximately 12 square miles in the project area.

Tim Hafen Ranches, Nye County Boundary Relocation, (Project Manager: 2004)

Mr. Rivero was the project surveyor for the relocation of the existing county line between Nye County, and Clark County, NV. His responsibilities included for the location of the existing and proposed boundary and the preparation of the documents needed for the transfer of the land to the county assessors of each county.

E.A. Collins, Development, Blue Diamond and Durango- Clark County, NV (Survey Manager: 2003)

Mr. Rivero was the Survey Manager for 6.5 miles of Right-of-Way and Easement acquisition from private parties, the Department of the Interior (BLM), and the NV Department of Transportation. His duties include the preparation of property descriptions and exhibits, the defining of the existing location of Rights-of-Way and patents along the specified corridor. He was also responsible for the preparation and recordation of a Record of Survey and the placement of the final monuments at the Right-of-Way limits at the end of construction.

Clark County Public Works, Las Vegas Beltway - Phase 6B- Clark County, NV (Survey Manager: 1997)

Mr. Rivero was the Survey Manager for the construction of 1.25 miles of freeway improvements and construction of five (5) bridges. His responsibilities included Right-of-way location and mapping, construction staking and coordination of field crews for freeway improvements and bridge construction. He was also responsible for the preparation and recordation of a Record of Survey and the placement of the final monuments at the Right-of-Way limits at the end of construction.

Clark County Public Works, Las Vegas Beltway - Phase 2B- Clark County, NV (Survey Manager: 1995)

Mr. Rivero was the Survey Manager for the construction of 1 mile of freeway improvements and construction of three (3) bridges. His responsibilities included construction staking and coordination of field crews for freeway improvements and bridge construction. He was also responsible for the preparation and recordation of a Record of Survey and the placement of the final monuments at the Right-of-Way limits at the end of construction.

Mr. Rivero was the party chief for the construction of four (4) miles of roadways, utilities, Right-of-Way limits and subdivision layout.

City of Henderson, Pecos Road- Henderson, NV (Party Chief: 1994)

Mr. Rivero was the Party Chief for the construction of 2.2 miles of roadway, utilities, Right-of-Way limits, one bridge structure, and was responsible for construction staking of roadways, utilities, final Right-of-Way monumentation and the grading of the adjacent streets.

CIty of Las Vegas, Public Works, Sahara Avenue- Las Vegas, NV (Party Chief: 1998)

Mr. Rivero was Party Chief for the construction of two (2) miles of two-lane roadway, Right-of-Way locations and placement of utilities.

Jim Clark Construction, Mining Claims- Clark County NV (Project Surveyor: 1995-1998)

Mr. Rivero was the Project Surveyor for the location of placer mining claims adjacent to the Paiute Indian Reservation in eastern Clark County. His responsibilities included for the location, platting and recordation of 1280 acres of placer claims. Also included was the staking of the location monument as required and the computation of the minerals removed.

Clark County Public Works, McCarran International Airport- Las Vegas, NV (Instrument Man: 1974-1977)

Mr. Rivero served as the instrument man on the survey crew for the expansion of Runways 7 / 25 and 1 / 19, the adjacent taxiways and ramp areas. His employer for this project was Clark County Airport Engineering.

Clark County Public Works, Overton Air Strip- Overton, NV (Instrument Man: 1974-1977)

Mr. Rivero served as an instrument man on a survey crew for the construction and alignment of the landing strip and taxiway. His employer for this project was Clark County Airport Engineering.

Armargosa Valley Industrial Park

Mr. Rivero served as Survey Manager for this 640-acre master planned industrial park. As project mapping supervisor his responsibilities included construction staking, coordination of field crews for improvements and construction, and verification of horizontal/vertical control for the existing conditions prior to construction. This project was put on hold by the developer and was never constructed.

Mr. Rivero acted as Survey Manager for this 80-acre Commercial Subdivision.

Mr. Rivero acted as Survey Manager for the construction of a ten (10) acre commercial subdivision.

Mr. Rivero acted as Survey Manager for the construction of a fourteen (14) acre commercial subdivision located on West Sahara Avenue.

Navillus Investment Co., Crossroads @ Sunset- Henderson, NV (Survey Manager: 1995)

Mr. Rivero acted as Survey Manager for the construction of a fourteen (14) acre commercial subdivision which included such stores as Toys-R-Us and Pier One Imports.

MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES

Edwards Homes, Pahrump 161, Pahrump, Nevada (Project Manager 2008-Current)

Mr. Rivero is the current Project Manager who is responsible for site plan approvals and coordination with the Nye County Regional Planning Commission. When completed, Pahrump 161. will consist of 200 acres of multi-family and single-family residential subdivisions.

ADAVEN Management Inc., Mountain Falls South- Pahrump, NV (Project Manager, 2002-2008)

Mr. Rivero was the Survey Project Manager who is responsible for site plan approvals and coordination with the Nye County Regional Planning Commission. When completed, ADAVEN Management Inc. will consist of multi-family and single-family residential subdivisions.

Burson Ranch- Pahrump, NV (Project Manager, 2004-2007))

Mr. Rivero was the Survey Project Manager who is responsible for site plan approvals and coordination with the Nye County Regional Planning Commission. When completed, Burson Ranch. will consist of single family residential subdivisions.

William Lyons Homes, Mountain Falls Master Plan- Pahrump, NV (Project Surveyor: 2002-2004)

This project was previously called Pahrump Master Planned Community. Mr. Rivero is the current Project Manager responsible for site plan approvals and coordination with the Nye County Regional Planning Commission. When completed, Mountain Falls will consist of multi-family and single-family residential subdivisions, as well as golf course estates, a retirement community, and commercial properties.

Sunridge Development, Sunridge @ the MacDonald Ranch- Henderson, NV (Project Surveyor: 1996-1997)

Mr. Rivero served as Survey Manager for this 570-acre master planned community. As project mapping supervisor his responsibilities included construction staking, coordination of field crews for improvements and construction, and verification of horizontal/vertical control for the existing conditions prior to construction.

E.A. Collins Development, Whitney Ranch Master Planned Community- Henderson, NV (Project Surveyor: 1995-1999)

Mr. Rivero's responsibilities for this project included construction staking for infrastructure, drainage channels, sewer lift station, bridge and subdivision layouts.

Developers of Nevada, Ventana Canyon- Henderson, NV (Project Surveyor: 1996-2002)

This project is a 312-acre master planned community consisting of approximately 1,780 single family homes, four-plex town homes, apartments, and commercial sites. The site also included park sites, school sites, and a linear trail system throughout the site. Mr. Rivero was responsible for the coordination and supervision of all surveying aspects of the project.

Developers of Nevada, Southfork- Henderson, NV (Project Surveyor: 1995-2001)

Southfork is a master planned community covering approximately 378 acres located at Eastern Avenue and Lake Mead Drive in the City of Henderson. Mr. Rivero was responsible for the coordination of all surveying and construction staking crews for this site.

West Sahara Investments, The Lakes at West Sahara- Las Vegas, NV (Project Surveyor: 1984-1988)

This master planned community is located at the corner of Sahara Avenue and Durango Drive and consists of approximately 1,280 acres of single family, multi-family and commercial subdivisions. In the center of this community is a 40∀ acre man-made lake. Mr. Rivero was involved in all surveying and construction staking for this massive project including layout of the concrete lake wall, rough grade, curb & gutter, vault locations, power, telephone, sewer, storm drains, water, and slope staking of the bluff along Crystal Water Way.

UTILITIES

City of Reno, Islands 8 & 18 Sewer Main Extension- Reno, NV (Project Surveyor: 1999-2000)

Mr. Rivero is the Project Surveyor for the design of 17 miles of sewer improvements. His duties include horizontal and vertical location of existing Rights-of-way, utilities and improvements and the creation of the horizontal control network in relation to the NV State coordinate system.
