[Pages:2]General Terms and Conditions: 1. The Promotion is valid on Fridays and Saturdays from 1 April to 6 May 2017 (i.e.

1, 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 28-29 April and 5-6 May, total 11 days), both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period") . 2. The Promotion is applicable to all BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong with card number starting with 62 and bearing the logo ("Eligible Credit Card") and UnionPay mobile QuickPass (contactless transactions by BOC UnionPay QuickPass Card or mobile payment), except for the BOC RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network. 3. Cardholder should present the Eligible Virtual Credit Card on the mobile device to cashier before payment (For example, for particular iPhone models, double click the Home button at Lock screen to show the preset Eligible Credit Card) and settle with mobile payment to enjoy the offer. 4. The Promotion is applicable to all Hung Fook Tong outlets in Hong Kong (refers to "Hung Fook Tong"). 5. Each cardholder is entitled to redeem Offer 1 and Offer 2 once only each day. Both offers can be used in conjunction. 6. BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd. ("The Company") and UnionPay International Hong Kong Branch (refers to "UnionPay Hong Kong") are neither vendor nor service provider, thus The Company and UnionPay Hong Kong shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants. 7. The Company, UnionPay Hong Kong and Hung Fook Tong reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. 8. In case of dispute, the decision of The Company, UnionPay Hong Kong and Hung Fook Tong shall be final. 9. The Company, UnionPay Hong Kong and Hung Fook Tong reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions of Offer 1: 1. Cardholder is entitled to enjoy HK$40 instant discount (refers to "Gift 1") upon

single net spending of HK$400 or above with Eligible Credit Card or mobile QuickPass during the Promotion Period. 2. Gift 1 would be deducted from eligible transaction immediately. No accumulation nor replacement is allowed. 3. The quota of Gift 1 for redemption during the Promotion Period is 8,000 sets on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.

4. The Offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions (including Offer 2), except online transaction and top-up of JIKA CLUB Card.

5. Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of Eligible Credit Card card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. The plastic shopping bag levy imposed by the HKSAR Government will not be counted. Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged and unsettled transactions. Gift 1 will be deducted from cancelled or returned transactions.

6. The offer cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. 7. In case of fraud or abuse, The Company, UnionPay Hong Kong and Hung Fook

Tong reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action.

Terms and Conditions of Offer 2: 1. Cardholder is entitled to receive an extra bottle of designated drink (refers to "Gift 2")

upon purchasing a bottle of designated Herbal Nourishment Healthy Tea or Mango Deluxe at HK$26 with UnionPay mobile QuickPass during the Promotion Period. 2. Gift 2 is given away immediately upon eligible transaction. No accumulation nor replacement is allowed. 3. The quota of Gift 2 for redemption during the Promotion Period is 8,000 bottles on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. Only 1 bottle can be redeemed for each transaction. 4. The supply of designated drink is limited and subject to stock availability in outlets. 5. Gift 2 will not be cancelled, altered, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once it is given out. 6. The offer carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or services.
