Now they need to choose a partner (similar in size and fitness level if possible)Head down to Starting line for 1 MILE WALK/JOG/RUN. Coaches record times as their participants cross the finish line.Return to mats with partner and complete 1 minute push-up assessment and 1 minute sit-up assessment.After camp on Monday, coaches will review evaluation numbers and fitness assessment results and assign each participant the appropriate team TRANSFORMERS or UNSTOPPABLESNeed hand weights and jump rope by FridayLet campers know they can pre-order shakes if they are in a hurry to get to work...prepay alsoBring yoga mat, water and 1 or 2 photo/magazine cutout/print off internet of "my why"-Really think about for a minute...what is it that when you think about it it truly will motivate you to get out of bed .. why do you want to be better , ?be healthy, improve yourself, live longer?Example-Children, husband or wife, lost loved ones, you want to find love, you want to travel to a particular place, compete in a particular sport, a big upcoming life event...you get the idea.Examples of what not to bring:?(the obvious)to feel good, to be healthy, to have more energy,?"After every difficulty or struggle, ask yourself 2 questions: "what did I do right?" and "what would I do differently?"Focus--- water, water, water...switch out the coffee and soda and start hydrating your body.QUOTE--" Beginnings are a wonderful thing, they're free, they’re full of possibilities, and everyone gets a new one every day. Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and create a new ending. What will you do with yours?"Finish with CHANT>>> Bring it in a huddle and clap “ONE, TWO, THREE< >> WE ARE 24 FIT! WOOOHOOOO!”DAY #2- WednesdayAll participants sign inStay outside and relax your yoga mat while the coaches are inside preparing something special for you!“Stretch and relax, we are working the most powerful energy in your body today, your mind!” While everyone is outside stretching, the rest of the coaches will be inside setting up the power point presentation, making tea, getting the music cranked and the gauntlet formed. We open up the doors and let the participants in through the gauntlet. Pass out tea and their wellness evaluation forms as they are getting seated. Begin with brief coaches introduction and explain the purpose of today. Show power point presentation and explain what their numbers represent. Make sure to deliver a powerful, impactful presentation. This is your opportunity to really show your passion about why you are a wellness coach and the importance of what we do. Be CLEAR and VERY FORWARD about the dangers of what some of the really high numbers represent. Let them add notes to themselves if they need to during the presentation.After we are through with the Power Point, explain that we will have a 1-on-1 scheduled with each participant to further discuss healthy options. Also explain to them about the 2 groups, TRANSFORMERS and UNSTOPPABLES and why they have been assigned to one or the other. Finish up with each wellness coach giving their testimony and pouring on their passion of why we are here and let the participants get connected with the coaches on a deeper level.Collect the Wellness Evaluation sheets as the participants leave and try to schedule several 1-on-1’s with as many participants that week if possible.?DAY #3- Friday Sign inSplit into groups, TRANSFORMERS with Coach Launa and UNSTOPPABLES with coach JenBegininning of camp:Read inspiration and focus point from the 24FIT Challenge Manual to go with that workout day5 min of power walking with weights to warm upREALLY EXCITING MUSIC PLAYING and hi-five the campers! SMILE and BE SUPER POSITIVE!!! Lot’s of encouragement and compliments.
