Hertz Gold Rewards service is designed to make renting a car easier than ever!

? From your plane go straight to the Hertz Courtesy Bus ? You'll be dropped off at the canopied Hertz Gold Service area or designated Hertz Gold Counter where your car will

be identified by a sign displaying your name. The engine will already be started, the trunk open and the air conditioner or heater on.

? Show the exit attendant your car's hang tag and your driver's license. In seconds you're on the road.

Enrollment

Premier Purchasing members must complete and submit the Hertz Gold Plus application. Once the application has been approved, a Hertz Gold profile is set-up with the member's information and a "Gold number" is assigned.

When booking "Gold" reservations, the member must use the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards number to receive the service. Once the number is imputed into the reservation, the member's name, address, driver's license, credit card data and company discount information are instantly retrieved by the Hertz System. The only additional information needed to complete the reservation is the rental location, rental dates and times.

Membership into the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards will be fee-waived (normally $60 annually) for Premier members as a benefit of this program.

In the US, a $5.00 additional surcharge applies to all One Day Rentals commencing on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

US Weekly rates will be charged 5.8X times the Daily Rate. Monthly rates will be charged 4X times the Weekly Rate.

A 5% discount will apply on Published Standard Daily Rates for other car classes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A. The above Corporate Rates are available at all participating locations and require a confirmed advance reservation. Corporate Rates are subject to vehicle availability and may require a guaranteed reservation. Corporate Rates may not be available during periods of peak demand. During those periods, daily rates less any applicable discount shall apply.

B. New York Metropolitan Tri-State Area Corporate Rates do not apply during the following periods:

C. All renters are required to meet Hertz's standard qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental for financial responsibility and for renting or operating Hertz vehicles. In the United States the minimum age for any renter or fellow employee authorized operators to receive any rates, discounts or other benefits under this agreement is age 20 without an age differential charge, except in the New York Pool where minimum rental age is 20 with an age differential charge.

D. Except as otherwise provided herein, all other charges Hertz may impose in connection with a rental ? including, but not limited to, taxes; surcharges; charges for the purchase of loss/collision damage waiver, theft protection and insurance coverage of any type; vehicle upgrade charges; common facility and transportation charges; location service charges; delivery and collection, oneway and drop charges; airport and other concession fee recoveries; vehicle licensing fees and fee recoveries; other expense recoveries; additional driver and age differential charges; currency conversion charges; and charges for child seats, ski racks, fuel, refueling, cellular telephone and other communications services, navigational services and satellite radio services ? are not included in the rates set forth above. Where imposed, no discount shall apply to such other charges.

E. International Rates:

A discount on published "Basic Time and Kilometer" rates or "Sum Daily Rates" (if applicable) where such discounts are permitted by law, as follows:

F. Vehicle Refueling Program:

At all domestic United States Corporate operated locations, a refueling service charge, not to exceed $5.25 per gallon (gallon or mileage chart) shall apply for business rentals on all rates refueled by Hertz. In the event that additional gasoline taxes or additional regulations are imposed by government, the refueling service charge rate will be adjusted accordingly, beginning on the effective date of the tax legislation.

During the term of the Agreement, Hertz will periodically revise the refueling service charge in proportion to general consumer retail gasoline price increases as measured by the Energy Information Administration. Revisions to the refueling service charge will apply for business rentals on all rates.
