Take I-294 South from the airport. Stay in the right lanes and pay $0.80 toll. You will be on I-294 for ~10-12 miles. Exit right onto I-88 West (to Aurora). Stay in right lanes and pay $0.80 toll. You will be on I-88 for ~5 miles. Exit right onto Highland Avenue. Turn right at the light (heading north). NUHS Campus is located just north of Roosevelt Road where Highland Avenue dead ends.

Take Cicero Avenue North from the airport for ~3 miles. Get in the left hand lane and take the on-ramp onto I-55 South. Stay on I-55 for ~8 miles. Exit right onto I-294 North to Wisconsin (it's also called the tri-state). Stay on I-294 for ~6 miles. Exit right onto I-88 West (it's the exit after Ogden Avenue). Stay in right lanes and pay $0.80 toll. You will be on I-88 for ~5 miles. Exit right onto Highland Avenue. Turn right at the light (heading north).
