§ 91.12 RABIES INOCULATIONS FOR DOGS AND CATS. It shall be unlawful for the owners or custodians of dogs and cats to not maintain current rabies vaccinations. The Animal Control Officer shall have the authority to request documentation of current rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats already involved with code cases relative to this Ordinance. ................
