Quick Reference Guide

This guide provides a quick reference to the Team Honda Purchase Program consumer and dealer websites. The program offers discounts on the purchase or lease of eligible vehicles by designated individuals.

It All Starts With a Certificate Claim Number

Eligible buyers must have a claim number ? obtained in one of the three ways below ? to take advantage of the discounted pricing: 1. Visiting the consumer website at:

TeamPurchaseProgram. 2. Calling Program Headquarters at 1-855-846-1950 3. Visiting an eligible dealership, where a member of the sales

staff facilitates the generation of the claim certificate, with the buyer's input

Assist a Customer in Generating a Claim Certificate

1. Access TeamPurchaseProgram.. 2. Home page: Select the appropriate business relationship for

the buyer ? Corporate associate, retiree, or family member; dealership associate or spouse; or Premier Partner associate or spouse.

b. A dealer code, Dealership Personnel Training System (DPTS) ID, and last name for a dealership associate or spouse/ domestic partner

c. A PIN for a Premier Partner associate or spouse/ domestic partner

4. Current Incentives page: Vehicles with current incentives are listed. Choose Get Started.

3. Credentials page: Enter the required information: a.A Honda associate ID, company code, and home ZIP code for a Honda associate, retiree, or family member.

5. Choose a Brand page: Select Honda or Acura.

6. Enter ZIP code page: Enter the five-digit ZIP code of your dealership.

7. Select Your Vehicle and Choose Your Trim pages: Inform the customer if the desired model is not in your inventory.

11.Customer Information page: Enter all required information: a. Input for both the eligible associate and the purchaser,

if not the same person.

8. Additional Savings: Customer can select any additional offers.

b. Answer the two survey questions.

9.Your Team Honda Pricing page: The Team Honda base price, including discount and any current incentives, is displayed for the selected model and trim. The Team Honda base price is the dealer invoice minus 2% or 3.5% of MSRP (2% for dealership and Premier Partner associates and 3.5% for corporate associates.) The final price is the Team Honda base price, plus any service contracts, dealer-installed accessories, and standard fees.

c.Upload the proof of employment for the eligible associate. d. Click on Generate Claim Certificate.

12. Y our Certificate: Print the certificate, which includes the claim number.

10.S elect a Dealership page: Select your dealership from the participating dealerships near the entered ZIP code.

Complete the Claim ? Dealership Managers Only

Once the eligible buyer has selected a vehicle and has a claim number, log on to TeamPurchaseProgramDlr., and follow the instructions. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CLAIM PROCESS AT THE TIME OF SALE. Claims cannot be processed after their expiration dates.

3. Confirm or select the model year, model, and trim; then select the Get Pricing button.

1.Enter a claim number or search by customer name. Be sure the claim number has not expired (the expiration date is printed on the certificate). If it has expired, go to the consumer site and create a new certificate. (See Assist a Customer in Generating a Claim Certificate.)

4.Enter VIN to calculate the price. Input any incentives, special offers, and additional items and fees; then select the Calculate button to see the final price.

5. Print claim after you have reviewed all information and checked the box at the bottom.

2. Confirm customer and dealership information.

6.Obtain the eligible buyer's agreement and signature on the form, and make a copy for the dealership's and the buyer's records.

7. Select the Finalize Claim button.

Claim Audit

?Select the View Claim Status button on the Thank You page or the View Claim Status section on the Home page to check on a claim.

8.Upload both required documents listed below, or fax them both to 636-660-1769. a.P roof of Employment: It is the dealership's responsibility to verify that the proof of employment matches the eligible associate's name on the claim. b. Purchase/Lease Agreement: A copy of the customersigned purchase/lease agreement showing the Team Honda Purchase Program price must be submitted with the claim.

9. After validating all information by checking the box at the bottom of the page, select Continue.

?The status of each claim will be indicated. Requested: Claim has been created by the consumer but has not been processed by the dealer. Pending Audit: Claim has been processed by the dealer but has not been matched to the RDR file yet, so the claim has not been released to Program Headquarters for audit.

Audit: The claim has been released to Program Headquarters to begin the audit process.

No RDR match: VIN matched but last name did not match when RDR-match process occurred. Approved: Claim has passed audit and is approved for dealer reimbursement.

Returned: The claim has not passed Program Headquarters audit, and the dealer must correct.

Rejected: The dealer has not/cannot correct the claim. Therefore it has been rejected and will not be sent to Honda for reimbursement.

10. The Thank You page confirms the claim has been successfully submitted.

?The claim will be denied if the VIN does not match a record on the RDR file.

? A delivery bonus is paid via the Balance Forward Account after the claim passes audit.
