Letter coming home tomorrow.The band can’t be rated because there’s too many students in the band (limit is 92).Upcoming parent meeting regarding ALICE trainingWhen we evacuate under an emergency, half would go to bus garage and the other half to the fire dept.Fine-tuning with the Copley police because of the two emergency areas.The philosophy of hiding is gone – now you do what you can to get away.Other part of upcoming presentation is regarding human trafficking.Our area has a very high number of incidents due to the 77 corridor and number of mittee ReportsArt ShowLooking for 20 dozen cookies from the middle school to be dropped off at the high school for the night (the 26th).Cookies for HospiceThere will be a Thank You lunch Thursday, May 4th, from noon-2:00.Science FairPatricia will be moving on to high school, but will help the new chair.All planning happened via email, there were no meetings.Thank you to all who volunteered.`Spring DanceThe leftover candy is in the closet.Unfinished BusinessNew BusinessStaff Appreciation – we have no chair but we do have volunteers.Ours is the 1st through the 5th, the week before that of the Ohio PTA.Bus garage will be done on the 1st, Ms. Ashcroft will do Thursday the 4th from the district,Calendar ReviewAdjourned 10:32. ................
