Welcome to BlackRock? Online*, a new BlackRock solution specifically designed for Kyriba's corporate treasury clients. BlackRock? Online aims to maximize investment opportunities and increase operational efficiencies by providing a single sign-on, automated process for corporate treasury clients to invest excess cash into money market funds (MMFs) through Kyriba's cloud platform.

BlackRock? Online is the industry's first single sign-on solution that combines the power of a treasury management system with the flexibility of an integrated trading platform. At no additional cost, Kyriba clients will experience:

Automated investment processes

BlackRock? Online automates traditionally manual processes, such as order execution, order confirmation and reconciliation, and order payment, as it aims to provide faster, smarter and easier execution of cash investments. Kyriba clients are offered the ability to auto-invest excess cash daily into certain MMFs via pre-set investment rules, providing "set it and forget it" functionality, rather than manual daily investment of excess cash.

BlackRock? Online offers Kyriba clients access to Cachematrix's powerful and dynamic research and analysis capabilities for detailed assessment of MMF holdings.

Kyriba clients will utilize the Kyriba single sign-on process for enhanced security, automation, and a consistent user experience.

How does BlackRock? Online work for Kyriba clients?

Kyriba clients utilizing BlackRock? Online will access the module through their Kyriba solution. All purchase and redemption transactions in BlackRock? Online will be imported to Kyriba and integrated into Kyriba's Cash Management, Payments and Investments modules.

You will need to complete three simple steps before you may begin trading: 1. Set up, or confirm, accounts directly with each available MMF family you intend to utilize 2. Ensure you have the permissions necessary to determine investment rules and make investment

decisions for excess cash 3. Using the new module, set up appropriate investment rules for automated transactions of
