I, (co-signer’s printed name) __________________________________, agree to co-sign for the above-mentioned Tenant(s), who will be renting/leasing the above mentioned property. Let it be known that the Undersigned do hereby jointly and severely guarantee to the Landlord, his successors, and agent, to assign the prompt, punctual and full payment of all rents and other charges that may become due and owing from the Tenant to Landlord, under said lease, including any renewal or extension thereof. This guarantee shall also extend or apply to any damages incurred by Tenant(s) for any breach of lease in addition to the failure to pay rents or other charges due under the lease. I further agree, as is consistent with a co-signer’s liability, to guarantee all payments owed by the above-mentioned Tenant(s), including, but not limited to the following: any unpaid rent owed, legal fees incurred, late fees owed, damages to the property, cleaning fees, or any miscellaneous items legally the responsibility of the Tenant(s) and legally chargeable to the Tenant(s) should the contract Tenant(s) fail to perform as per their contract.

I certify the above information is correct and complete and hereby authorize you to make any inquiries you feel necessary to evaluate my standing as a co-signer (including, but not limited to credit and criminal checks). I will contact R.A.N.S. Property Management immediately, in writing, of any change of employment, income, or address.
