The2016-17BusinessPlanmarksthefourthyearofour five-yearstrategicplan.Passingthemid-pointoftheplan hastriggeredashiftinapproachaswebeginto transitionfromwide-spreadplanningfornewinitiatives thatmeetourstrategicgoalstoimplementingand measuringthesuccessoftheseeffortsoverthefirst threeyearsofthe2013-18StrategicPlan.Wehave muchtobeproudofintermsofachievingourambitious goals.Wehaveadvancedmanyoftheinitiativeswe establishedinsupportofourcommitmentstostudents, andIamenthusiasticabouttheopportunitiesthatare emergingforthenextphaseofourdevelopment. Thisbusinessplanidentifiesthenewandtransformative activitywewillundertakeoverthenextyearaswework to operationalize the key pillars of our strategic plan ? strengtheningourpolytechnicidentity,sustainingour focusonteachingandlearningexcellence,and maximizingtheimpactofpartnerships?allwithinthe contextoftheessentialfoundationalservicesnecessary to support our success.
