DR. KEITH A. BERGER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This is a one-time, $2,000 scholarship, to be awarded to (1) qualified student entering the Doctor of Chiropractic program for the 2020 fall trimester. The recipients will be selected through a blind selection process. Qualified applicants must demonstrate satisfaction of the following scholarship and application criteria:
Scholarship Criteria:
1. An entering Trimester 1, full-time, DC student
2. An entering cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Application Criteria:
1. Completed applications (scholarship and admission)
2. Official transcripts from all undergraduate institutions attended
3. Completed short essay describing the importance of giving back to Logan as an alumnus, so that future chiropractic students continue to see the benefits of staying connected to Logan - even after graduation.
Completed application and criteria documents must be submitted to Laurel Miller, laurel.miller@logan.edu, by July 24th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
Scholarship recipient will be required to write a personal letter of thanks to the individual or group that made this scholarship available. Scholarship recipient will be recognized at the 2021 Spring Symposium Luncheon.
