Baroda?Asset Management India LtdRequest for ProposalOFFICE 365 PLANNING ANDTECHINICAL ENGAGEMENTINTRODUCTIONBaroda?Asset Management India Ltd (BAMIL) is requesting proposals from Microsoft Partner entities (hereafter “Vendors”) to help BAMIL deploy Office 365.BAMIL while evaluating the proposals, reserves the right, to request additional information or clarification from vendors, or to allow for corrections, errors, or omissions.All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation, and all other information submitted in response to this request for additional information, becomes and remains the property of BAMIL. Vendors should be aware that upon awarding of the contract to the successful Vendor, the terms of the contract would become part of the engagement agreement.BAMIL reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the Vendor of the conditions contained in this request for proposals, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and in agreement between the BAMIL and the Vendor selected.TERM OF AGREEMENTThe Agreement would begin for a year on APRIL 17, 2020 and is subject to regular review by BAMIL & satisfactory negotiation & agreement of terms.RESPONSIBILITIES The selected Vendor will be required to assume responsibility for all services offered in the proposal.VENDORBAMIL shall require that the Vendor chosen Must be a Microsoft Partner with expertise and experience as it relates to this RFPNATURE OF SERVICES REQUIREDProducts, Services, and FeesPRODUCTSThe requirement is to provide BAMIL the plan, architecture, and development path for implementing a high-availability Office 365 environment for BAMIL. BAMIL intention is to leverage vendor services to minimize cost effort during the engagement and have a knowledge transfer process built into the engagement.Additionally, BAMIL is looking for the Vendor to provide both consultancy and development services in terms of executing specific aspects of the Agreement services to achieve the desired outcome of BAMILs Office 365 efforts.This agreement represents all products required for supporting an Office 365 high- availability environment and strategy that is required for a successful outcome; including the following key product areas of focus. BAMIL currently has Office 365 licenses and the same is coming up for renewal. The Licences expire on April 16, 2020. We are looking at procuring 115 BP and 70 E3 licences effective the renewal date.OFFICE 365 The following products listed are according to BAMILs preference of rollout. Discussions and planning can occur on all product as BAMIL is interested in maximizing Office 365 capabilities.ExcelOne DriveOutlookPower PointShare PointTeamsVideoWhite BoardWordYammerSCOPE OF WORK BAMIL is looking to procure and successfully install & activate 115 Business Premium plan and 70 E3 plan Office 365 licensesFEESBAMIL expects no hidden costs related to this Agreement. The proposal should be all inclusive.AWARD DISTRIBUTIONBAMIL is issuing a Request for Proposal to various Vendors. BAMIL will award the Agreement based upon competitive applications that will specifically identify activities and services to be performed, as well as competitive pricing of products.VENDOR WILL PROVIDEAuthentication Planning and DeploymentThe vendor is responsible for the following:Enable this configuration for all users, with limited interruption to existing BAMIL operations and connectivity.Future management and best practice recommendations for BAMIL to manage this environment moving forward.POST INSTALLATION SUPPORT BAMIL is expecting the Vendor to provide required support to BAMIL IT to sustain post-engagement environment.TIME REQUIREMENTSThe following is list of key dates:Request for Proposal issued18 March 2020Last Date for receipt of proposal27 March 2020 PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTSSubmission of ProposalsVendors interested in submitting a proposal must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope addressed to:Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial OfficerBaroda Asset Management India Limited501, Titanium, 5th Floor | Western Express Highway | Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 400 063 | IndiaD: +91 22 68481090 | B: +91 22 68481000 | F: +91 22 68481000CONTENTS OF THE PROPOSALRFP TECHNICAL RESPONSE - The Technical Proposal must consist following:Title Page Title page showing the request for proposals subject; the organization's name; the name, address, and telephone number of a contact person; and the date of the proposal.Table of ContentsTransmittal LetterA signed letter of transmittal briefly states the Vendors understanding of the work to be done, the commitment to perform the work within the time-period, a statement why the organization believes itself to be qualified to perform the engagement, and a statement that the proposal is a firm and irrevocable offer for 90 days.Detailed ProposalThe detailed proposal should follow the order set forth in (Scope of Work) of this request for proposals. Commercial Quote for the Business Premium and E3 Plan Licences - All-inclusive costsSEALED RESPONSE - Vendors should send completed budget proposal consisting of the two separate envelopes to the same contact referenced above All proposals must provide credentials of individual(s) who are proposed to work on the implementation.TECHINICAL PROPOSAL The purpose of the technical proposal is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence, and capacity of the vendor to undertake the services in conformity with the requirements of this request for proposals. As such, the substance of a proposal will carry more weight than their form or manner of presentation. FINAL SELECTIONIt is anticipated that the Vendor will be selected by BAMIL on or before April 3, 2020. Following notification of the vendor selected, it is anticipated the Agreement will be fully executed on or before April 9, 2020. This RFP will become part of the final contract with the Vendor. ................
