FOR SANCTIONED EVENTS ONLY: Flyers can be designed for you free of charge. This service also includes: printed flyers that will be mailed to you free of charge (up to 100 flyers). Larger quantities will require approval from your Region Director. Flyers are printed in black and white. We can not print color flyers. Flyers can also be added to the ABATE of Indiana website. Flyers are 8.5x11 (letter size). I can also make mini flyers upon request. Mini flyers are 1/4 the size of a regular flyer (pocket size) and will be sent to you 4 on a page that you will need to cut apart. These are great for areas where posting space is limited and for handing out at public events.

FLYER GUIDELINES: Requests: Requests for flyers must be received **14 business days prior to the date you need your flyers. Only one flyer design will be created per event (some exceptions may apply). Please keep in mind that the sanctioned events list is not a request for flyers. You have to send a request to receive flyers. Artwork: Cyndii will create artwork for your flyer and can not use any artwork you provide without a signed artist agreement (available at , under officer forms and on page 41 of this binder). Requests for specific custom artwork may take additional time or be declined due to complexity or inadequate time frames. Include: All flyers for ABATE sanctioned events must have "An ABATE Foundation Event" visible on the flyer. Gaming: ABATE sanctioned events, can not have anything relating to gaming on the flyer without proper licensing. This includes but is not limited to poker runs, 50/50 drawings, raffles, door prizes or any game of chance. Approvals: I will not distribute or use flyers for promotion without written permission from the region director via mail, fax or email. Further approvals from other officers may be required if requested by the region director. Mail: Flyers are mailed USPS. Delivery for priority mail is 2-3 business days, first class 5-7 business days. **Some custom art requests may require a longer time frame.

FLYERS IN THE MAGAZINE: To meet a magazine deadline, simply turn in a flyer request form by the deadline. Flyers do not have to be completed by the magazine deadline to be accepted into the magazine. If you have designed your own flyer, send your flyer to the state office by the deadline. Open spots may be available in the magazine even after the flyer deadline. If open spots are available, flyers will be submitted for the magazine first come first serve once completed. Flyers can be listed in the upcoming events section of the magazine anytime through out the year.

September 1st deadline for events in October, November and December. 1) Flyers will be created for sanctioned events only. (Some exceptions will be made for charity fundraisers approved by Region Director) 2) Flyers must be requested at least 2 weeks before you want the flyer, NOT 2 weeks before the event. (The sooner the better!) 3) Flyers should be sent out 60 days before the event, or listed in the "Upcoming ABATE Events" section of at least 2 magazines, to be effective. 4) To include who the copies are to be sent to. The state office cannot do mailings to your members but can provide labels. 5) If received early enough, this information will be included in the magazine's "Upcoming ABATE Events" section and quarterly event guide. 6) Only 50 copies can be sent for county events and 100 copies for region events. 7) Flyer requests can also be submitted through an online form at officers/FlyerRequest.html 8) All flyers mUST include "An ABATE Foundation event" somewhere on the layout. 9) Raffles, 50/50s, and similar are considered gaming and cannot be held/promoted without proper license.
