|General description of report functionality and purpose of the report: |

|The report captures data related to all redemptions of Ace Rewards Visa Rewards processed through Ace Rewards-supporting POS systems and the |

|Ace Rewards Lite application (AceOnline and ACENET). This is based on the 8-digit barcode and SKU (HH#) of the Rewards when scanned at POS. |

|The purpose of the report is to provide retailers with the details from the POS system transactions when a Visa Reward has been redeemed. |

|Primarily, this report should be used by retailers to identify Visa Rewards that were redeemed incorrectly, and by whom, in order to redeem |

|them through the Ace Rewards Lite application. |

|Business question - What business question is being answered via use of this report: |

|Retailers who do not properly execute the redemption of a Visa Reward at POS will not receive credit for the bank-funded portion of the |

|Reward. However, there is no way for the retailer to know if redemptions were done correctly or not unless they do not receive credits on |

|their Ace statement. This report allows them to see information on a redemption transaction and determine which were correctly executed and |

|which were not, as well as why. This allows them to identify incorrect redemptions so that they can use the Ace Rewards Lite application to |

|redeem these Rewards and claim the credits they are entitled to. |

|Business decision - What business decision(s) can be made by use of this report: |

|Retailers are able to identify incorrect Visa Reward redemptions, why they were deemed incorrect and which cashier processed the Reward. They|

|can then work with their staff to correct this action as well as claim the credits they are entitled to. |

|Audience - Describe each target audience – example, corporate, field & store – describe how each ‘audience’ will use it.: |

|Corporate – This report will be used by Corporate as a way to identify incorrectly redeemed Rewards at the store level. This provides more |

|store-level data than report R-ADV-0144, which is a Corporate Report showing very similar data. |
