Preface

Introduction

The Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal is a component of the Access and Identity Management (AIM) system that Conduent uses to securely update passwords for employees and non-employees. Through the SSPR application, you will update your password through a series of simple clicks.

SSPR will synchronize your AIM password to the AP Workflow application and the following active directory domains: ACS-CSG, Client.Local, Americas, BAS, Conduent Corp, DOL, GHS, Partners, US Coopers.

What are the benefits of this tool?

SSPR provides an interface that you can use from your web browser. From the web interface you can reset passwords and update security questions.

Change your current password.

Setup your forgotten password responses. These secret questions will allow you to recover your password if you forget it.

Reset your password using your previously entered Password Responses if you have forgotten your password.

Logging into the SSPR Application

When you're ready to start using SSPR, all you need is your web browser. Because it works in a browser, SSPR is as easy to access as any web page.

To access SSPR:

? Open your web browser ? Type in the address bar. ? Enter your WIN ID or CID and Current Password (i.e., your network password) to log into

the SSPR application. ? Click Login. ? If you have forgotten your password, see the Forgotten Password section of this

document. ? If you do not know your Current Password and you have not previously setup your

Password Responses in SSPR, please call the help desk for a password reset. Please be prepared to provide the help desk with approval from your manager for the password reset if you have not setup your Password Responses in SSPR. Main Menu

The main menu is the portal page to access all the information you may need to update or retrieve.

Figure 2 From this menu you can change your password, setup password responses, view account information or log out of the SSPR application. Important Note: The first time you log into SSPR, you will be required to setup your Password Responses before you will be able to view the Main Menu. For more information on setting up your challenge questions, see the Setup Password Responses section below.

Change Password

The Change Password link gives you a convenient way to reset your current password.

To Change Your Password: ? Select Change Password from the Main Menu

? Enter the same password in the New Password and the Confirm Password boxes.

? Click Change Password.
