MTG

MTG general overview

This application will be focusing not only one page of the site but the entire site.

It will enable you to test almost any element on your site including HTML code, text, image, CSS, or entire page.

It will display a brief report on every element, how much hits an element is taking. MTG will work like an Automatic Split Testing Application. With multiple tests available at same time across the entire site.

Main Features:

1. Element: a token could be a set of HTML code, CSS, graphics, JavaScript or complete page code to be places in any page of the site and run test.

2. Unique Visitors by IP, Every visitor’s IP will be recorded in the system and every unique IP will be considered as a unique visitor.

3. Success: this will be a conditional feature. If a page is set as target page to check the success rate of page

e.g. A contact form will be the base page and thank you page will be the target page. So system will count how much visitors came through our given success base page and how much came directly to the target page.

4. Conversion Ratio: success ratio ( % )

5. Status: Active – De-active

6. VARIABLE : MTG will be able to watch not only headings and links on the site, but all of the following variables

a. HTML code (heading, text, link, banners)

b. CSS

c. Graphics

d. Complete page

7. Element View

a. by Status

b. by success rate

c. by visitors

d. by ID

e. Alphabetically

8. Jump Menu for available elements

9. REPORTS

a. Quick Element: A quick overview of element report

b. Detailed element Report (including variable reports)

c. By Page Report: if a element is placed in diff pages of one site.. then this section will display reports per page URL

10. Elements Referrer: this will tell us that from which page/URL/website “Base Page” is referred.

11. Print report: this will display a simple printable layout of report

12. Email report: this will email specific report or number of specified reports to given email address and an auto alert will be sent to admin

TERMS USED

1. Base Page: page where Element is displayed

2. Target Page: page where the user should come from “Base Page” to confirm that an action is been taken by the element displayed.

3. Referrer: page/website/URL the user is coming from

ELEMENT

A element will be a set of VARIABLES placed to display in any page/section of the site. There will be no need to put entire code of the page in MTG. A unique code will be generated for every element that will be placed inside any page of the site where ever required.

Features:

1. Title: every element will have its own unique title

2. Description: every element will have its own description

3. Status: (Active : De-active)

4. Action: Edit / Delete / Add Variable

5. Element ID: every element will have a unique ID of its own

6. Variable Lock: (Locked – Open) “Locked” means that if a user visited variable “A” of the element then he will always see the same variable. In other words Variable Rotation OFF/ON for returning users.

7. Total Variables: total number of available variables for the element.

8. Last Visit: when the page having the element was visited last time. (date & URL)

9. Creation date: when the element was created

10. Result: ( success rate if there is a target page set or times displayed only)

11. Schedule Expire: this will set the expire settings of the token. Element will automatically be disabled after schedule event.

VARIABLES

A variable could be some HTML code, CSS, graphics, JavaScript or complete page code.

Features:

1. Title: every variable will have its own unique title

2. Description: every variable will have its own description

3. Status: (Active : De-active)

5. Preview: html preview of the contents if available or preview in simple text format

6. Variable ID: every variable will have a unique ID of its own

7. Last Visit: when the variable was last displayed to any user (date & URL)

8. Creation date: when the token was created

9. Result: ( success rate if there is a target page set or times displayed only)

LPG

LPG general overview

Landing Page Generator will have the ability to create a landing page with a online HTML editor. It could be a totally new page code or pre made templates can be applied to the page.

There will be an option to create templates as well. And set the parameters of the template as required.

Main Features:

1. Template creator: admin will be able to create templates with online HTML editor, which could be used later while creating landing page.

2. Landing Page: admin will be able to create landing page with or without any template.

There are 2 diff type of landing pages

a. Framed landing pages

b. Non-Framed landing pages

3. Landing Page Category: admin will be allowed a new category for the landing pages.. every category will have its own root path.

e.g. creating a new category as “Google” and assigning the folder as “google_pages” so the root path for category “Google” will be

4. Image Gallery: an image gallery will be available so that one who is creating landing page or template can upload images on website (without using any ftp software) to be used in them.

5. Stats:

a. Hits: hits/unique hits per landing page.

b. CTR: Conversion Ratio: success ratio ( % )

A HTML editor will be provided to create a template on the fly, or one can also add pre done HTML code for that.

Framed Landing Pages:

These pages will be created by only 5 inputs

1. Page title

2. page URL

3. File name ( file.html )

4. Select Template

*These Landing pages will be non track able. The stats of this type of landing page will show only the hits coming to one page but not the Ratio.

Under this section there will be an option to provide a CSV file to create number of landing pages at once.

Non-Framed Landing Pages

A HTML editor will be provided to create a landing page on the fly, or one can also add pre-done HTML code for that.

Entire whole landing page contents will be created on this admin console, and if a template is applied then the contents will be placed inside the main area of the template.

Image Gallery:

This is a general gallery that can be used to upload any kind of file not only images. But here it’s placed for specific purpose of Image Gallery, however it can still be used to upload docs, excel files, txt files or anything.
