Abdominal ultrasound shows two large (3-4cm) cystic lesions. Endoscopy shows gastritis and biopsy is positive for H. pylori. Treatment with H2 antagonists fixes epigatric pain. LFT’s normal. Nil fevers, weight loss or RUO tenderness. Abdominal CT shows two large hypodense lesions on liver and some smaller ones peripherally. Most likely diagnosis: ................
